A Lancashire Tourism Awards and the Taste Lancashire Producer Awards 2026, ticket includes a drinks reception, three-course meal, live entertainment and, of course, the much-anticipated winner announcements.

Date:  Wednesday 11 February 2026
Time: 18:15 for drinks reception.
Guests to take their seats from approx. 18:50 – 19:15.
23:30 – last orders.
Midnight – carriages.

Dress Code: black tie/awards glam.

Location: Blackpool Conference and Exhibition Centre, Winter Gardens. 
Leopold Grove, Blackpool, FY1 1HU.

Event menu:

Starter:
Sticky Beef Tart with Mustard Emulsion and Pea Shoots:
Tender slices of roasted beef layered with creamy Gruyère cheese and a hint of horseradish, set on a crisp tart base.  Finished with a smooth mustard emulsion and fresh pea shoots for a bright, elegant touch.

Main:
Mustard and Pomegranate Marinated Chicken:
Chicken soaked overnight in a tangy mustard and pomegranate marinade, roasted to perfection and served with a rich chestnut mushroom sauce.  Accompanied by seasonal vegetables and silky fondant potatoes for a comforting yet sophisticated plate.

Dessert:
Lemon and White Chocolate Pavlova Torte:
A delicate pavlova torte layered with zesty lemon and creamy white chocolate, perfectly paired with a sweet mango rum punch for a tropical, refreshing finish.

Vegetarian menu, available by pre order only:
Starter:
Courgette, Tomato and Pea Terrine:
Served on Harissa mayonnaise with onion bread and pea shoots (V).

Main:
Beetroot Wellington:
A tender, spicy roasted beetroot coated in a rich, vegan, nut-free pesto, all wrapped in crisp, golden flaky pastry.

Dessert:

Please complete your company name clearly, so that we can make sure that your order is matched up to your table.  When prompted to give a table number please enter 100.  We will brief the venue on your table number when these have been allocated.

Please note: all orders placed through this system are solely for the awards evening on Wednesday 11 February.  Any notifications received regarding expected order delivery times should be ignored.  Drinks pre-order will close at 12 noon on  Monday 9 February.

This is a limited pre-order menu and there will be a full range of drinks available on the evening of the event from the bar.  There will also be table service available for the bar via an online order platform on the night.

The venue has disabled toilets and a guest lift and escalator to higher floors of the building.
